Greater Impact Together
Connecting together elevates rural nursing practice, education, and research, which globally impacts the field of nursing in rural communities.
Network & Learn
As rural nurses, we can network together, learn, and support each other. This in turn helps us suppport our rural communities.
Global Concerns
The idea of a global network for rural nursing is timely with events such as the Covid-19 pandemic and climate change.

GRNEN has officially launched our Networking Tool for rural and remote nurses!

GRNEN’s mission is to connect nurses, nurse practitioners, educators, researchers and students who share a passion for improving the health of rural communities and an appreciation for the role nurses play in serving these communities.

Our vision was to create the perfect place for these individuals to connect at no cost to them.

Upcoming Projects

GRNEN global ambassadors will represent rural nurses from all over the globe.

Global Rural Nursing Ambassadors

We are very excited about the GRNEN Global Ambassador Program. While not finalized, this program will allow members of the GRNEN network the opportunity to become official GRNEN Global Ambassadors. Individuals who choose to participate in this program will be officially recognized as a member of the GRNEN team and will work closely with GRNEN leadership team. Ambassadors will also have the opportunity to lead sessions, develop community, and play a role in the growth of our network.

Webinar Series

Over the course of the next 12 months, the GRNEN will be presenting the Subjects That Matter Most webinar series featuring some of the preeminent leaders in our space. These live events will be held periodically throughout the year and are available to our entire network.
